ok identifies a resolved row; confirm requires address-level confirmation. not_found, not_pa, no_match and error flag unresolved or unsupported rows. Read the Note column; a resolved row is not a payroll instruction.
The file does not calculate withholding, determine the work-address tax treatment or guarantee import into payroll software. An outside-PA home address does not rule out PA obligations connected to a work address. Confirm current rates with DCED before payroll.
